DESCRIPTION
Work involves creating demand for Aeromesh’s Wi-Fi solutions, growing India business, and expanding dealer, distributor, VAR, and system integrator network.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of Aeromesh Wi-Fi products and create demand for our solution.
- Hire, train, and motivate team members, continuously evaluate and adjust performance. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and fulfil them.
- Carefully plan to map company objectives to sales goals, and develop processes to drive sales and lead the sales team to reach targets. Daily check-in with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships, and close deals.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Analyse competing solutions and prepare comparison to strengthen Aeromesh solutions.
- Meet with prospects, make presentations, arrange product demos, make proposals, and follow up till lead converts to order.
- Document all activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Travel as and when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
- A quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- 7+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
- Proven track record of successful sales cycle – from plan to close
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
